1. General Provisions
311bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides entertainment services for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between 311bet and all users of its platform ("Member" or "you").
These Terms apply to the platform's website, mobile application, and all services provided through 311bet. All dates and times are calculated according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
311bet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the 311bet platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
You must create an account to use the services on the 311bet platform. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
In accordance with 311bet's security policy, you may be asked to complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) process before withdrawals above a certain amount or at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents.

4. Account Security

5. Deposits and Payments
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 311bet platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount are not possible.
5.3 Deposit Processing

6. Withdrawal Policy
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this amount are not possible.
6.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals generally reach your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. Additional time may be required in cases involving KYC verification or unusual activity.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions are checked before a withdrawal request is approved:

7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus (total balance ৳2,000); depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus (total ৳47,000).
7.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw after placing ৳10,000 in wagers.
7.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
- The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus.
- There may be a limit on the amount of winnings earned from a bonus.
- Any attempt to use the bonus through multiple accounts or via third parties will result in the bonus being cancelled.
7.4 VIP Program
The 311bet VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent activity and regular gaming.
8. Betting Rules
8.1 General Betting Rules
All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless 311bet decides to cancel due to a technical error. Bet outcomes will be announced in accordance with the defined rules.
8.2 Cancelled Bets
Bets may be cancelled and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
- If the event is cancelled or postponed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If the event is not completed in accordance with the predetermined rules.
8.3 Live Betting
During live betting, odds change rapidly. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. 311bet is not liable if a bet is not confirmed due to a loss of connection.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 311bet platform:
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to the betting system.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets or using an account on behalf of a third party.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.
If any of these activities are detected, 311bet reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
10. Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure by Member
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, make sure there are no active bets or pending withdrawal requests.
10.2 Suspension or Closure by 311bet
311bet may permanently or temporarily close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- At the direction of authorities.
In the case of closure without valid reason, your legitimate balance will be returned. However, in the event of a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
